Together with the County Council, we are reviewing on-street parking in various locations throughout the borough.

Cllr David Goodwin, Lead Councillor for Licensing, Parking, Refuse and Recycling, said: “We are aware from residents that some of our on-street parking restrictions need reviewing. These have been assessed and your feedback will help us to update them.

“We also understand that introducing any changes to on-street parking restrictions can, in some cases, reduce the availability of parking, or make some of the spaces less flexible, and may cause parking to spill out to nearby areas. I encourage all affected residents to take part in this consultation.”

This formal consultation will run from 20 September to 11 October and our decisions will be based on the feedback we receive.
