Amanda has worked in Guildford since 2006 for Eagle Radio and more recently, Surrey Chambers of Commerce. Her focus is to ensure each BID business feels supported and promoted and that Guildford remains a desirable retail and leisure destination.

Town Safety & Venue Liaison Manager

Pete has been a part of Experience Guildford since 2013, both as a Town Ranger and a Town Safety and Venue Liaison Manager. Pete works hard to make sure Guildford is kept safe and welcoming place. He gives business support where problems arise in the town, and works closely with the Guildford Borough Council, Surrey County Council and Surrey Police as a joint partnership to help bring footfall to Guildford.

Stephanie joins us as with a wealth of experience in marketing communications & event management both in the public and private sector.  Living locally, she has a passion for ‘all things Guildford’ and is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to ensure Guildford remains a vibrant and exciting place to live and work.

Sam joined Experience Guildford in October 2021.  She is taking the lead on training courses and supports the rest of the team on various projects and campaigns as required. She can support you with advertising your events, special offers and vacancy advertisement on our website.

Dave has been a Ranger for over 2 years now. Having previously worked 10 years in the retail sector, he knows exactly the kind of challenges businesses face. And customer service has always been his number one passion.

He says “Being able to just help people, whether it’s the businesses or the public visiting the town, is the best part of being a Town Ranger. And the fact you never know what the day will bring.”

Lis joined Experience Guildford in May 2022. She has a background in retail, with years of customer service and loss prevention experience. Her passion is supporting stores and visitors with help whenever they need it; whether it’s first aid, assisting guards in stock retrieval or giving advice on what to do.

She says “nothing feels better than being a source of support for someone who really needs it.”
